What is Hypnotherapy
What is Hypnotherapy?
Hypnotherapy is in fact a very relaxed state of heightened awareness where the mind is receptive to positive suggestions to the changes you wish to make in your life.
It is not like sleep or unconsciousness you will always be in control and will not do anything against your will, you will even be able to come to complete awareness if you so wish.
